One of Atlanta’s newest green developments is nearing completion. TerraSol, Gwinnett County’s newest eco-friendly community, is taking luxury homes to the next level. LLA Design Associates has selected colors and finishes for the clubhouse, entrance, and other amenities.
TerraSol’s “eco-friendliness” predominantly comes from the community’s preservation of natural habitats. TerraSol is situated on the Yellow River and has 35 acres of undisturbed woodlands, including a 3 acre archeological site. Other amenities include two miles of walking trails. Developers say that this area will allow residents to explore, learn, and lead a fun and active lifestyle.
In addition to TerraSol’s preservation of these woodlands, the entire project is being built using “eco-friendly” construction materials. These materials include everything from lumber to insulation.
I recently went to TerraSol and spoke with their representatives. It is a beautiful community with great amenities and a peaceful ambiance. It is the perfect contrast for the hustle of Atlanta.
