Metro Atlanta Residential Painting Services
- Repaints – We provide high quality interior house painting and exterior house painting to all of Metro Atlanta. We use the highest quality primers, paints, caulks, and sealants on our jobs. We also provide our customers with complimentary color consultations if a color change is the desired result.
- Wallpaper Removal – We will remove or recoat old and outdated wallpaper. Whether or not the paper is removed or primed and painted will be determined on a per case basis dictated by the condition of the wallpaper and drywall. This will be discussed by one of our painting consultants at the time of the estimate. We will listen to you and work together on a solution that will yield the desired results.
- Carpentry Repairs – For exterior painting, all rotten wood, trim, and siding will be replaced, caulked and primed prior to paint application. Any rusting metal will be prepared to SSPC-SP-1, 2, or 3 specifications and primed with a rust inhibitive primer prior to painting. For interior painting, all damaged drywall will be patched or replaced as necessary. Any nail pops or holes in trim will be patched and sanded. Unsightly water stains will be primed and sealed with an alkyd or shellac-based primer to prevent the stain from bleeding through the paint.
- Popcorn and Texture Ceiling Smoothing – GreenWave Solutions can remove popcorn, stippling, and other textures from your homes ceilings. We will cover everything with dropcloths to protect furniture and flooring. We will remove the texture, repair any damaged drywall and repaint the new smooth ceilings to whichever color the customer specifies.
- Concrete Staining – GreenWave Solutions does interior concrete staining and exterior concrete staining. We will stain driveways, patios, and basements.
- Masonry Water Repellent Application – We apply clear water repellents to cementitious structures. This includes cement, brick, block, stucco, and stone. The water repellents we use are commercial grade, will not change the appearance of the substrate, and will not etch glass. These silane and poly-siloxane products are very innovative and yield marvelous results.
- Concrete Anchoring and Repair – We can re-anchor shakey handrails, posts, and signs. We also can repair cracks in cementitious substrates such as driveways, foundations, and brick back to the structures original monolithic strength.

- New Homes, Renovations, and Additions – Our crews are able to do new construction painting. We can do any type of home from 1500 square feet to 25,000 square feet.
